Keto Bread Recipe


  • 1 ½ cups almond flour
  • ¾ cup flaxseed meal
  • ½ cup psyllium husk powder
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 4 eggs
  • ¼ cup olive oil
  • 1 cup hot water


  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the almond flour, flaxseed meal, psyllium husk powder, baking powder, and salt until well combined.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together the eggs and olive oil until smooth.
  4. Add the egg mixture to the dry ingredients and mix until a thick dough forms.
  5. Slowly pour in the hot water while stirring constantly until the dough becomes a smooth, slightly sticky mixture.
  6. Let the mixture rest for a few minutes until it thickens and becomes easier to handle.
  7. Grease a loaf pan with some olive oil or cooking spray.
  8. Transfer the bread dough to the pan and smooth out the top with a spatula or spoon.
  9. Bake the bread for 50-60 minutes, or until it is golden brown and a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
  10. Remove the bread from the oven and let it cool for 10-15 minutes before slicing.
  11. Serve the keto bread warm or at room temperature, with your favorite toppings or as a side to your meal.
